In addition to the ways mentioned above, the following tips are also very useful for preventing tooth decay: 

1. Rinse and drink water after eating. 
2. Avoid foods that are sweet and sticky, like syrup, sweets and chocolate. 
3. Chewing gum that contains no sugar because it can increase the flow of saliva / saliva to clean the food particles and acids that cause tooth decay. 
4. Get used to eating fresh fruits because in addition to good health, fiber can help remove dirt in teeth.
